I read the story and 87 people tried to steal his identity and one suceeded. I agree that the program can’t be foolproof- there are too many people who spend their days coming up with new technological ways to mess up someone’s life for a couple hundred bucks. There will always be some computer geek ahead of any company’s security attempts. There’s a lot id theft lately and it can cost a lot.
